Why I Started Sidebar
After over 16 years practicing in Big Law, I launched Sidebar with a simple goal: to make high-quality legal support more accessible, practical, and aligned with the real-world needs of growing healthcare companies.
Throughout my career, I’ve advised startups, private equity sponsors, and large health systems on complex transactions, regulatory challenges, privacy and operational issues.
