Founder and Managing Member

Kevin Page is a healthcare regulatory and M&A attorney recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® and a former partner at one of the largest law firms in the world. Kevin has over 15 years of experience advising startups, health systems, and other healthcare and technology clients on complex regulatory, operational and transactional matters.

Kevin also has extensive experience assisting healthcare clients, including hospitals and health systems, behavioral health providers, home health agencies, hospices, SNFs/ALFs, surgery centers, diagnostic and imaging centers, pharmacies, labs, ESRD facilities, med spas, digital health companies, and private equity clients with sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and has advised on multiple billion dollar public company mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin holds a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and B.S. in Economics from Louisiana State University. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and two boys.
